1Σωκράτῃ καὶ Διδύμῳ τῷ καὶ Τυράννῳ 2γραμματεῦσι μητροπόλεως 3παρὰ Ἰσχυρᾶτος τοῦ Πρωτᾶ τοῦ Μύσθου 4[μ]ητρὸς Τασουχαρίου τῆς Διδᾶ ἀπ[ὸ ἀ]μ-5φόδου Ἑρμουθιακῆς καὶ τῆς τούτου γυ-6ναικὸς Θαϊσαρίου τῆς Ἀμμωνίου [τ]οῦ 7Μύσθου μητρὸς Θαϊσᾶτος ἀπὸ τοῦ αὐτοῦ 8ἀμφόδου Ἑρμουθιακῆς. ἀπογραφόμεθα 9τὸν γεννηθέντα ἡμεῖν ἐξ ἀλλήλων υἱὸν 10Ἰσχυρᾶ[ν] καὶ ὄντα εἰς τὸ ἐνεστὸς ιδ (ἔτος) Ἀντωνείνο(υ) 11Κα[ί]σαρος τοῦ κυρίου (ἔτους) α. διὸ ἐπιδίδωμ[ι] τὸ 12τῆς ἐπιγενήσεως ὑπόμνημα. 13[Ἰσχυρ]ᾶς (ἐτῶν) μδ ἄσημος. 14Θαϊσάριον (ἐτῶν) κδ ἄσημος. 15ἔγραψ[ε]ν ὑπὲρ αὐτῶν Ἀμμώνιος νομογ(ράφος).

To Socrates and Didymus also called Tyrannus, scribes of the metropolis,a from Ischyras son of Protas son of Mysthes, his mother being Tasoucharion daughter of Didas, of the quarter of Hermouthiace, and from his wife Thaisarion daughter of Ammonius son of Mysthes, her mother being Thaisas, of the said quarter of Hermouthiace. We register the son who was born to us, Ischyras, being one year of age in the present 14th year of Antoninus Caesar the lord. I therefore present this notification of subsequent birth.b Ischyras, aged 44, without distinguishing marks. Thaisarion, aged 24, without distinguishing marks. Written for them by Ammonius, public scribe.
