Θέσπεια, πόλις Βοιωτίας . . . καὶ ἐπίγραμμα τῶν ἀναιρεθέντων ὑπὸ τῶν Περσῶν· ἦν δὲ Φιλιάδου Μεγαρέως·

ἄνδρες θ᾿ οἵ ποτ᾿ ἔναιον ὑπὸ κροτάφοις Ἑλικῶνος, λήματι τῶν αὐχεῖ Θεσπιὰς εὐρύχορος.
